I don't know what car this is
My friend spotted this little baby in Nice, France and would like to know what this is. Any idea?

yup im pretty sure its a smart car too.. ive always known the smarts because of their "bar style" doors.. they kind of freak me out sometimes LOL

I can see a French flag on the hood of the car. After a Google search I found it was a Ligier de Giugiaro, a car from the French manufacturer Ligier.
