05 civic spoiler

Hey guys, I'm pretty new to this forums as well as driving itself. In about a month I am going to down payment a civic sedan dx manual for 15k w/ tax and reglistration. But the real question I'm wondering is I know it is possible to put a 2dr spoiler on a sedan. The reason I want a 2dr factory style spoiler is because it is a bit higher than the 4dr (correct me if I'm wrong). But I was wondering is there any complications if I do such procedure on the car? As in will it be loose, fit, come off etc?

Thanks, FallOut

Re: 05 civic spoiler

Ummmm technically its possible. The coupe trunk seems to be about an inch narrower. If you were to put a coupe spoiler on a 4dr it will hit the inner skeleton. Dont quote me but this is by looking and eye measuring. I have not tried it or no anyone who has. I'd ask Honda if they have an idea go to the parts dept and shoot them that question. There are plenty of non OEM spoilers for sedans out there as well, just do some searching.
