99 Grand Am Compressor spinning very slow
I tried putting R-134a in the low side, but the compressor is spinning very slow, and after 6 or 7 mins I gave up because none went in. Is it safe to say the compressor is shot?

Sounds like the compressor clutch might be bad, does it look like it has oil around it?
