A few problems

OK, well I got a '94 probe with 112k miles a few months ago and I have been having a few problems with it. Here they are...

1.) Bad gas mileage. About 18-20 miles per gallon.

2.) A somewhat "jolt" or "kick" between 1st and 2nd gear.

3.) Black and blue smoke coming from the exaust.

Any solutions would be very appreciated. Thank you.

blue exhost means more then normaly oil burn off in the cylinders. cheack fuel filter and, air filter, do a tune up.
