Question An other Horn problem EB 2002

Yes an other horn problem (EB 2002) since one week my horn is not functioning well anymore (producing a low dul clicking noise like you push a coca-cola tin and it returns in its orriginal shape).

I decided to check fuses etc, but all seems to be ok. I searched the forum and decided to take out the horn for inspection. (yes it's on the driver side under the battary box)
After removal i taped off the connection (i need the car in the day) closed everything again and closed the car (automaticly i push twice).
Where i was expecting to don't hear anything a horn sound (coce-tin sound) came out on the Right side of the car.

Now i'm doubting :

- Are there 2 horns installed ?
- what can be my problem ??? (having 2 horns broke at the same time looks a bit strange to me )

Any help is welcome
