Keyless entry for a 95 Explorer Sport

Hi there.

Just found this forum, seems a great source of information

I've just picked up a 95 Explorer Sport but unfortunately it came with neither the key fob or the code. The code card isn't with the manual too, so I'm trying to hunt down the computer module in the car itself and read the code from the sticker there. So far I've tried underneath the steering read and on the rear driver-side panel with no luck so far. I know that Ford likes to play musical chairs with the module, so does anyone know for sure where it is on my particular model?

I'm also guessing that once I actually find the code that it would be cheaper to purchase a replacement fob from somewhere like www.keylessride.com ($39 seems to be the cheapest there) instead of the arm and several legs that I'm guessing the local Ford dealership would want to charge me.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
