Need help finding a part number.

I have a 1996 V6 Mustang convertable. I need the plastic air dam that sits under the radiator. The part shops keep showing me this small rubber thing, but I need the hard plastic air dam that's held on by 4 push pins. They don't have a clue other than what the computer tells them. Any help would be appreciated.

Re: Need help finding a part number.

its called a radiator air deflector and you might have to get it right from ford and they'll most likely over charge you. search ebay for it:::
is this it only nicer? http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/94-02...spagenameZWD1V

part number

I have the part number in my file at home, I'll TRY to remember to put it on here for you tonight. I had to buy one for my 96 GT not long ago to replace one that was missing. I wouldn't use the aluminum one because if you should happen to run over something on the road, it's toast...at least the rubber one will have some give to it in that event and save you another outlay of money....

Here is the part #

F7ZZ 8349 AA and it is called a Radiator Air Deflector...13.47 List price from Ford. You'll also need 6 or 7 of the plastic pushpins to attach it to the underside of the radiator support. Ford Dealer here in Lewisville just gave those to me.
