Sliding Door problem...
I have a '94 Aerostar that runs great. Basically my only problem with it is the sliding door falls off the top track every time the door is opened. I've been living with it for a while, not using the door and having passangers come from the front. I have tried to fix it by using washers at the door bracket to raise the roller, and also bending the roller bracket up so it won't fall out. Anyway it is still doing it and driving me crazy. Just wanted to see if anyone else had this problem or any advice because id like to avoid going to a body shop and spending a ton of $$$. Thanks to anyone who can help.

It sounds to me like you need a new roller assembly
