SLK 320 cass/radio code

Condensation from a leaky cup dripped onto the factory cass/radio and I think it shorted or something... We managed to get the stereo to come on but it is asking for some kind of code to input... Does anyone know what this code is and where I may find it? Is there a way to bypass this? Any input would be helpful... Thx!

I just experienced the same problem except mines not throwing any codes, it just works on and off

blindside.AMG do you know if the radio can be replaced with aftermarket?
