CD stuck in Deck

my friend has an Alpine deck and hey says that one of his CD's is stuck inside it. I suspect some loose wiring but he doesnt have the key/puller things to get it out...can you buy those?

I'm sure you could or you could maybe go to like best buy or hh gregg and they might let you use theirs or something. Sucks about the CD!

seems that's a problem with newer alpine decks manufactured earlier in the year
