Angry brakes????????

I have a '96 Cutlass Ciera, I need to put it on a tow dolly, the car does not run. The problem is the brakes, I think. We tried to push the car in neutral with four people and the car will not budge. It has been sitting in the same spot for 5 months. I'm getting ready to move out of state in 5 days and I need to transport it on the tow dolly. Does anybody have any idea if it could be the brakes? Could they be stuck to the rotors and if they are how do you release them? Help!!!!!!! Time is running out.

To release the brakes you can loosen the brake hoses or open the calipeer bleed nut on the calipers, this will release any pressure if that is the problem.
