Edelbrock Carb Question

I just bought a car, and the carb reads 2500 1406 on the front. What size is it, and what do the numbers mean. Hate to sound like a newbie, but I have looked everywhere and I can't find this info.

Thanks,
Clay

The 1406 is a 600 cfm electric choke:

1403 - 500 cfm Electric choke
1404 - 500 cfm Manual choke
1405 - 600 cfm Manual choke
1406 - 600 cfm Electric choke
1407 - 750 cfm Manual choke

My website has complete tuning information on these carbs
