Just bought a 1985 325 few minor repairs needed

I just bought my girlfriend a 1985 BMW 325 with 108k mi on it. Cleanest one I've ever seen like it, absolutely gorgeous. Few things I need to fix however and was wondering if I could get some pointers.

1. When I test drove it, the odometer/tripometer were working fine. After we bought the car and I filled it with gas, I reset the tripometer to 0 and we went back to her house and the tripometer hadn't moved at all, nor had the odometer. I'm thinking somewhere in there, possibly when I reset it, something in there goofed up. Anyone know what I should do to go about getting that up and running again?

2. Some kind of electric problem going on with the windshield wipers. Sometimes they won't shut off until you shut the car off.

3. Every so often, it takes a little longer than normal to start the car. It still fires up first try, but it takes a few seconds to turn over.
