97 GA 2.4L Cold start stall

I've had my car for several years and after a while it started to stall when the car is started cold (1997 Grand Am 2.4L), put into gear right away and not reved up. If you rev it before you put it in gear it will be fine, but other wise, lets say you're backing out of the drive way at 1000 rpms it will just start shaking and/or misfiring (rpm will fluctuate +- 500 rpms) and most of the time it will shut off. I've replaced most of the air induction and it has an ecu upgrade so it's not the computer either, and the spark plugs were also changed. I've taken it to different mechanics and they don't seem to have any idea.

Anyone know what the problem is and to do about it?

Clogged or dirty EGR valve, or bad vacuum lines.

IAC or TPS, not allowing a rich enough mix at cold-start, I thinking.

It could be anything emissions related...but let's try and narrow that down.

Well I took you up on checking the vacuum hose and sensors around the throttle body and the hose seemed fine, so i tried moving it around and turns out it wasn't on the whole way, so I pushed it in another 1/4 inch. I've got to wait till the morning to try the cold start again. I'll let you know what happens
