transmission fluid

i have a 2001 sc2. it says in my owners manual to use "genuine saturn" transmission fluid. i there really a difference between saturn fluid vs the regular dextron 3 fluid you can buy in any auto parts store? i know g.m. usually just recommends dextron 3. if it's the same thing, why pay $3.50 per quart just for a bottle of the same thing with the saturn logo on it when the other fluid sells for half that?

Just go to your local Walmart, Kmart, etc and buy the Pennzoil brand Dexron III. Its the same thing if not better. If you visit the Pennzoil site they have a document outlining that it meets GM requirements etc.
