96 Windstar Rear AC
When I turn on my rear AC, it blows out hot air. I have A.C. in the front, and it works fine. Does anyone know why this may be happening?

If the rear air won't blow out of the roof and side vents, but only comes out hot at the rear floor vent, the problem might be that theres not enough vacuum getting to the actuator located behind the side panel right under the rear seat a/c-heat controls.

Check this...Front panel switch for Rear AC/heat unit - F68Z-19986-AA. $31. Blue/AC on L Rotation and Red/Heat on Right. It is electrical AND vacuum.
