'99 T&C Instrument Cluster Circuit Board

AFter doing extensive searching through this site, appears that my next course of action to corrent the sporadic instrument cluster failure is to change the instrument cluster circuit board. (The dealer has already replaced the BCM with no help to the problem.) The instrument cluster seems easy enough to remove. Is the circiut board attached to the outside of the cluster or is it internal? Does anyone know where I can pruchase another circuit board? Is this something solely done by the dealer? Appreciate the help with this nagging problem that seems to plague a lot of Dodge / Plymouth / Chrysler owners.
