thought this would be fun to see, how many of you have ever been to jail? For a one nighter to your in jail now cause you killed your wife. Also include why you got in jail, and dont worry, we know. . .your innocent.

I spent one night in jail, on my 18th bday. Man what a horrid B day. it all started in the day, i figured hey im 18, time to have a hotel party for my bday. SO i had the party, everything was going great till some underclassmen wanted to come. Why do they always show up to upper classmens parties? Anways i told them to get lost and they didnt like that. So as soon as i close the door, one of them whips a glass bottle at the door and takes of running. So later that night most of the people has gone home, just me and 3 of my buddies. We learn who threw the bottle and its about 4 AM. So were like shit, lets get em, were drunk i got my car, lets go. We buy some eggs, egg the kids house pretty good. And as were driving to Kroger to get some food i notice a cop follow me with his lights off. I think oh shit and try and drive away. Nope he pulls me over. Long story short i got arrested for blowing a .08. Spent the night ALONE in a jail cell. Did a bunch of community service and probation. 3 years later my insurance has finally dropped.

Yes I was in jail for posession of marijuana and intend to deal. Sucked big time..This was back about 8 years ago.

I've had some stupid shit happen to me... the worst was almost getting charged with accesory to murder. That was just bad luck. One of my good friends was pissed off cause this guy was always hitting on his girlfriend. So he wanted to knock him around a bit so he leaves his girl alone. We were chillin with some people and we found out where he was, so I drove him to scare the guy a bit. My friend walked up to him, pushed him against the wall, talked some shit, and then gave him ONE solid punch to the head. Guys head hit the wall and he fell over, we went back to the car and started driving away, I looked back and saw him stumble across the street and fall down. We were like whatever laughing that he got knocked out by one punch. Couple hours later, one of my friends calls an says that he went by that area and there was mad cops everywhere. We were thinkin wtf, then an hour later I dropped my friend off who did it at his house. And i'm drivin home with the other 2 people that were there, when we get pulled over. I guess somebody saw what happened, there was a witness who gave a discription of my car. We got taken down to the station, interrogated and all that. They told us we were being charged for murder, I was just like what the fuck, thinking in my head my boy only hit the guy one time, how could he be dead. Apparantly when his head hit the wall it messed something up. The cops were fucked they were stepping on my feet, slapping me in the back of the head. Talking so much shit about how I'm going away for a looong time and bullshit like that. But I'm so proud of myself, that under all that pressure I didnt give my friend up, I think rats are the worst of the worst people. Plus in the back of my head i remembered that the cop said there was a witness who described my car. So if they saw what happened they'd know I didnt do anything. So i just kept asking for my lawyer and basically didnt say anything.

Anyway... my friend turned himself in after a couple weeks. I spent a couple months in prison, then got out on house arrest until the trial and they dropped my charges at the trial. So after the trial I didnt even get probation or nothing, dropped charges. So everything turned out ok

I've been busted with a couple other things, had a bunch of one nighters. But one story like that is enough lol I dont want to get into any others. Thankfully I only got busted with drugs when i was under 18, I was 17 with a 1/2 Oz. of coke. And when you're in Canada and you're under 18 the laws are joke. So right now, I'm 20 and I dont have any record haha Worked the system like a champion. I've smartened up since then.

And the worst thing in jail is that got damn weekend rule. I know anybody who has been arrested on a Friday night knows what i'm talkin about lol That shit is a pain in the ass

When I was younger I fit the full descriptiuon Young dumb ad full of it. Long stroy short, I hit this guy over something really stupid, a girl of all things, Went from one assault charge to battery possesion of cds, possesion of a weapon blah blah blah. Did 4 months in "juvenile" detention and then another 4 months going to rehab as it was the drugsa i was doing causing me to be so reckless. 20 now clean as a whislte as far as a record goes and I plan on staying that way.

Lets just say, I have spent quite a few nights and a couple weekends (b/c there's no judge around on saturday or sunday usually) for things that I would rather not discuss...Assult was among the charges

Once when I was drinking with some friends we decided to order some pizza. We were in an apartment on an upper floor and when the delivery guy showed up a couple of my friends decided to go down to his truck to get "free" pizza. The pizza dude caught 'em, fighting commenced, police were called and they were arrested. I had actually left the area but like a dope I came back and was identified as "one of them" by other tenants. The cops got mad because I slipped my cuffed hands from the back to the front. We got out that night, but had to pay for a lawyer and all damages. That was a long time ago, I never got in trouble again!

Hay Gotti how much did your deal cost you? You must have had a lawyer.

I feel sorry for your friend. I'd hate to know I killed someone like that.

No time for me. The most trouble I've got in from the cops is "vandalism"

The only time I actually had to stay over night was when me and a friend got caught driving around dirt roads drunk stealing road signs. We were freaking wasted, I was driving my old truck which had a habbit of popping out of park if the truck was running. So we are out of the truck about to take a sign down when we see a car coming down the road, then we notice my truck is going backwards by itself. So by the time the car is close to us we are just now jumping into the truck and i have it in drive and slam on the gas....but my friend was only halfway in the truck and goes tumbling out of the door. So I stop again, he gets in, we go about 10ft then come to find out the car that was going down the road has these crazy blue lights on it. The best part about it was I was only 18 at the time, didnt get a DUI (but got theft by taking instead), and the alcohol we had in my truck was still there when i got it from the towing place the next day....so me and my friend got wasted. 1 year probation, 80 hours of community service (which I actually paid off the guy up there for about half of my hours ) And about $3000 in fines, its finally off my record and no one will ever know about it....damn...

Thats the only main one I have had to deal with. Other ones I got out that same day because of my friends dad who works at the sheriffs dept.

Ive been to jail 2 times but never stayed over night. The 2 times i went were for assualt and I got both charges dropped because they didnt want to press charges if i didnt. Ive been lucky so far ive been into alot of fights and never once stayed over night. The one time i did almost stay was because he pulled out a bat and hit me in the head with it and i hit him in the throught(sp). he went down and i just kept kneeing him over and over in the face I broke his nose and knocked out half his teeth. I only got off because he hit me with a bat the only thing i had to do was get 18 stitches in my scalp didnt even hurt until a few days later.
