17s. I got 18.5 and I think they too big. You dont want much bigger than 18 or you lose power

you might be able to find some decent 16's with tires for $400. otherwise if you can find some nice 17's for $400, i would get 17's but good luck finding them that cheap.

Basically the larger the wheel, the more expensive. If you only have $400 to spend on wheels and tires, keep saving. You won't find anything bigger than a 16" with shitty tires for that, unless you get a deal from a friend or something.
For a decent set of 17's with good tires, you would probably need around $700-800.

I don't know where you think you're getting wheels and tires SHIPPED for $400. Get some wheels from a friend or locally. Hell, Kevin had mazda wheels and the rx7 ones are pretty decent, too.
