Need Help!! Car won't start

hi, i was wondering if anyone could help me? i have a 95 honda civic cx and well i was driving it one day and it turned off on me. i pulled over and i stopped the car and i checked under the hood. I noticed that i didn't have any oil what so ever in the car. I was wondering what could be wrong with it because i didn't hear a sound and i know your supposed to hear a sound if you blew the engine. i put oil into it and it still won't start. i had to call a tow truck to bring it to my house. well, you may have seized your engine... when u say it doesnt start, does it turn over???

you know when you turn the key does the engine try to start and just not fire?

it does not fire.

ok, then you didnt seize the engine, check to make sure you are getting spark, and do a compression check to make sure your rings are still in good condition.

Someone please help me, i already changed the spark plugs but it still won't start. We are thinking that it could be the coil. Can anyone tell me if thats the problem.

well i changed the spark plugs but that was it. after we changed them and put new wiring, we tried to start it again and nuttin.

Sounds like it COULD be the main relay. What do you think Greenblurr93?

Well, honestly, i don't know how to do a compression check. Can someone tell me step by step on how to do a compression check.

buy a compression gauge and it should come with instuctions. how did your plugs look by the way? and Wes, i dont think it could be a main relay, because if that was gone, the car shouldnt even turn over. but im still trying to make sure he didnt F* anything up driving with no oil.
