yessssss (Calvin and Hobbes fans)

click here, greatest thing ever in ever to ever come for ever-y Calvin and Hobbes fan.. ever

So fucking excited. Who else loves this strip? I enjoy it so much, that I have devoted entire nights (10pm-4am) reading all of the collections, and literally shedding a tear while reading the last panel of the last strip. Such a great feeling is evoked from reading these strips, I can barely explain it. Was wondering if anyone else shares it?

Hell yeah, greatest strip ever...I've got 5 of the books I think. I love the expressions Calvin sometimes gets, and the snowmen strips have never been beaten

favorite comic ever.

i've only got 3 or 4 books, cause they're so damn expensive, but my aunt and uncle have all of them so whenever i go to their house, i shack up on the bed in the spare room and read away to my little heart's content.

Calvin and Hobbes is right up there with The Far Side, Zippy The Pinhead, and Bloom County as some of the best comic strips. That's a nice looking set of books, too bad it's $100 though.

$100 is a small price to pay for something that I will cherish, most likely, the rest of my life.

The Far Side can't and will never be topped by any comic. Sorry, but that's the truth.

Anyway, I like this strip as much as I do Garfield. If anybody I think my dad will like this more than anybody.

Re: yessssss (Calvin and Hobbes fans)

All you guys commenting on the price should take into consideration, that there are more than 8 or so books and each one costs an average of 20 bucks or more. So...if you look at it in perspective it would be cheaper to get that collection than to buy each on individually.
