location of idle adjust scew

can someone describe to me the location of the idle adjust screw on a 94 throttle body? i need to increase the idle, its idling at around 600 rpms, a bit too low i think...

It's located in between the intakes for the #1 and #2 cylinders on the passenger side. It's down there about 4 or 5 inches.

so is ~600rpms in neutral a little low? or is it alright..

650 to 750 is what it should be at.
