A/c?

Does anyone sell an aftermarket bracket that fits a jdm b16 engine and 94 civic stock air conditioning pump? I have the a/c pump for the b16a but its expensive to have the system recharged after I uninstall stock for the b16a one isnt it?

Re: A/c?

Why buy an aftermarket one, just get the 94-95 DelSol vtec P54 bracket, or the B series CRV one. If you really have to spend way too much for one, HAsport makes them.

Re: A/c?

Right, ok, so a more comfortable ride, AND saving gas, over...not? That doesn't make a whole lot of sense.

Re: A/c?

Eh, I live in South Texas when I am not in stationed in Europe, so at 105-115 during the summer makes more sense to have AC

Heck no, I'd still want my A/C. I refused to get rid of it when I swapped. Even if you feel you don't need it much, there's that one day when you need it, that you're glad you have it.

I'm glad you can live without it on a 90 degree day but me? I'd much rather have A/C and have the car interior temp in a nice comfort zone. A/C is a wonderful thing!!! I'd never get rid of it!!!

And blackcivic19, as jcrx said, all you need to retain A/C during the swap is to use a 94-95 Del Sol Vtec A/C bracket.
