f20a problems

my f20 dohc is having problems ihave a 01 prelude sr ecu.

everytime i stop well not everytime my engine cuts off, then i turn it on again, and then it starts to boggle it's like dumping too much gas on injectors.

well i change the injectors and the fuel rail it started running much better. for a little while that is because it is happening again. SOMEBODY HELPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPP

I am not sayin this is for sure it but I am thinking what if it's the ecu not working with that engine? I am wondering about the ecu from a 01 prelude (H22A) with a F20A Engine? I think it can be something to question.
