1996 JGC Windows & AC clutch cut out

All 4 windows and the AC clutch are cutting out intermittently. All fuses and relays seem to be fine. I can have the jeep running, AC on and windows working properly and then AC clutch disengages and windows stop working. It seemed like everything cut off when I toggled the AC button on the dash but I could be wrong. I think I heard the relay on the fuse block click when it cut off. After starting the Jeep fiddling around with things, it comes back on for no rhyme or reason. Not sure if it something I am touching or just a coincidence. I have read many threads but none with this combination of problems. Any help?
