abs braking 90 thunderbird supercharged

The Accumulator On The Abs Actuation Assembly Was Vibrating , Then It Stopped. Now The Anti Lock Dash Light Is On. With This Problem It Has Made My Brake Pedal Hard, And It Does Not Go All The Way Down. But I Do Still Have Brakes. Since This Car Starts Up By Pressing The Brake, It Has Became Very Hard To Start. I Am Wondering If I Take The Fuse Out For The Anti Lock Brake, Will This Be A Quick Solution To This, Until I Can Have The System Checked. Thanks Anyone , Who Can Help
