Unhappy Seatbelt motor...

My '90 Honda Civic LX 4 door has a problem. The driver's side seat belt assembly won't move any more. I had it looked at by the dealership and they said that they "jumped it" (whatever that means). It worked for a couple weeks but then quit again. They tell me that the motor will probably need to be replaced for the seatbelt assembly. The problem is sticker shock: nearly $300 to replace it!

Can I get a seatbelt assembly motor from somewhere else? Would a junkyard be a good place to call?

If none of the local salvage yards have what I need are there any places to go online and order one from?
