Re: Jet power control unit

BUNCH OF CRAP. If it doesn't hook into the ECM and/or is calibrated to a specific vehicle, it doesn't work. Big waste of money, there's a lot better ways to spend $150

Re: Jet power control unit

Similar engines use similar AF curves. This may not give the ultimate HP increase but it will be very close on all those engines. On mine it was the same as DHP power tuner. And before you post ur redneck comment you should know that Jet chips is a reputable company. Their engineers know more than ur street junky ass and they sell their stuffs. Don't like it don't buy it ... this is for those would would CDN$ 150 for what is worth CDN$ 300 and it works perfectly. (http://www.jetchip.com/)

Re: Jet power control unit

If you're going to insult me do it in English, as street thug talk doesn't lend anything to your credibility. I still say there is way better ways to spend $150.

Re: Jet power control unit

There are better ways to spend $150 but there are even worse ways. Tell me Rich! when you go shopping at your local store do you look around and stop people from what doesn't look to you the best deal? I'm not an ebay seller as you can tell from my feedbacks and I have not invented this chip. I've used it for a year and now that my car is gone it has to go too. I just sold my DHP tuner on ebay last week and with my autotap I had the same gain with or without. I'm not claiming any theories about this but if jet is selling it I should be reselling it at least at half price. So before you call anything that's posted on ebay "BUNCH OF CRAP" because some stupid asshole is selling fans as superchargers or resistors as A/F Mod, you should spend more time thinking then post.

Re: Jet power control unit

Your point is taken, and I stand corrected. I should have saved my opinion until I had the facts. I've seen similar products that are just that, a piece of crap. If you say it works, then I have no reason to not believe you. I have no problem with admitting when I have spoken without the facts. If someone can't do that, then that would make their creditibility doubtful. I sincerely apologize.

Re: Jet power control unit

Don't worry about it man... I was being bitter too. My item is selling now so that's for that.

Re: Jet power control unit

How much of an improvment did you get with the tuner. I am looking at them but I have no idea how it works, or how you "adjust/tune" with it. Is it a one time deal or what?

Sorry but please check the date and do not resurrect old threads. This one is well over 2 years old. Your future cooperation is appreciated. Thread closed.
