thin base coat
I can see a light stripe looks like the primer this is after i clear coated. clear coat was orange peel so i sanded it with 1000 grit can i put a new base coat over the clear coat.

yes you can, but not if the clear is really fresh, then the basecoat may lift when you spray it over the clear. If the clear has cured for a few days then you should be okay. sand the whole panel with 1000 grit spray base and blend till the spot is covered and then clear the whole panel.
