I just installed a pioneer deck in my 88Si it was pretty simple

There are screws on the sides of the bottom half cover.
There is a screw up and behind the ashtray too.
You might have to remove the shifter cover on the floor too. I can't remember it all. I believe two screws on the side and???

Then there were four screws holding the deck in.

Go to a stereo shop and get the adapter $17 then match up the colored wires...

If you have installed a deck before you should have no problem.

I just looked at my haynes manual it shows a completely different console. Trust me it was easy on my Si
