drivers window not working.

i have a 2002 grand pirx gt. about a month ago i noticed my drivers window would not roll down. then i tried like a day later and it went down. ive been having this problem for a month. it seems like the window will roll down when it wants to. it works one minute then not the next. now the window is stuck down. i cant get it up. but all the other windows work fine. its only the driver side front. please help. what should i do?

i have a 98 gtp and my window button panel thing went bad. i guess it's somewhat common. about 100-120 bucks. its just the panel with the buttons for the window in it. the drivers side window probably went bad. had to go two days with mine down.....

I've had the same thing before you buy a new one take the old one out and spray some contact cleaner on it.
You can pick it up at radio shack.
Most of the time its the contacts in the switch get corroded and just need a little cleaning.
