Turn signals stay on and don't flash.

Flashers have been replaced twice.

When you turn on the turn signal then the lights will light up but not flash, and will stay lit until you finish the turn and then shut off normally.

Same on both sides of the car, lights up, does not flash, and turns off when the turn is complete.

Any ideas?

check to see if you have any marker bulbs burnt out.
