Ever heard of on Neutral or Park to Rev up by itself??
2000 Accord V6, 95000 miles, everytime you put the vehicle on Parking or Neutral the RPM goes up to 1000 to 1500 revolutions, and it goes back and forward, it never does go to its normal 800 rpm. Anyone ran into this before? any ideas???

i've run into it on my car, but it's an 86' accord... a little different as far as engines go, but i'll do my best.
The problem i had was with the fast idle control valve. Have that checked out. Also, make sure that you have no air pockets in your cooling system. That can cause it also. My friends eclipse had this problem to. His car's problem was worse (from normal idle to 4500, 2500, then died ) but it was his ECU.
