I looked in the book for the inside fuse panel and didn't see anything labeled about the radiator fan. I also looked in the fuse box under the hood but didn't see anything labeled about the radiator fan there either. The closest thing I saw was "blower motor" which I assumed was for the inside a/c blower. Even though the fuse looked good, I swapped it for another one that looked ok. No change. The fan won't come on without or with the a/c turned on.
I was going to try to jump the fan but couldn't get the connector separated as it comes out of the passenger's side of the fan. Any suggestions? Help! |

Had a similar problem recently.
If the fuse in the engine comprtment is good (from memory #10) then I would try to get a voltage reading at the fan conector (when you have the AC on) to see if you have power to the fan. If you have power from the fuse but not to the fan then it probably is the relay. This is hidden under the light socket on the passenger side. If you have power to the fan then it is probably the fan. PM if you have any questions. NDH |
