Hi, Im new to this forum and i was hoping i could find what i needed doing a search but i was unsuccessful. Anyhow im looking to do a full replacement of the system in the car now and here are my questions.
1, Does anyone know a place where i can get speaker sizes and tips on how to detatch the panels to install the speakers and head unit. if not, i saw from looking in the trunk the back speakers look like 6x9's, does anyone know what size the door speakers and tweeters are and the depth of them? also the middle tweeter? and also do you know how to take the panels off. The headunit im sure i can figure out as well as the doors (verification would be nice) but the tweeters in the doors and dash and the 6x9's in the back im not sure how to get to and it didnt look like there was an easy way but maybe someone else does. p.s. i have the infinity 7 speaker system with the cd/casette unit in the dahs thanks alot mike p.s best car i ever drove or saw....owned it 3 months now and LOVE it.....best car EVER |

Re: 2005 r/t radio upgrade
Ok I'm not sure how to detached the panels but i do know the speaker sizes. They are 6x9s in the back and 6.5 in the front. Glad to hear you like the car. Don't have an R/T Status, gf have an SXT (Hopefully shel but trading it for an R/T) and i have a GT Eclipse which has the exact same motor as your car. They are fun to drive

Re: 2005 r/t radio upgrade
This one is for a Durango but you need to find one of these. It is a Factory Amp Bypass Harness
