Location of Service Parts & Paint Code Label
Thought this info might be helpful to other Alero owners. I spent the last week looking for my paint trim code which is normally located on the SPID label which contains all options and the paint/trim code. Wanted to get some touch up paint.
Most GM cars have the label on the underside of the truck lid. Well, I finally found the SPID label and of all places it was located on the backside of the carpeted spare tire cover inside the trunk. Sometimes it helps to read the owner's manual. ![]()
