2001 20th Maxima - Dashboard Blinking

I've had this problem for a while but never had any concerns. When I start the car at nightime everything (dashboard, radio, head & rear lights and all interior lights) blinks - looks like short fading... Maybe it's the alternator but this has not caused any problems or antything since I bought my Max a year ago.

Does anyone have any idea what this might be???

Just checked the voltage and it doesn't change when I start the car; however it jumps from 12 to 14V when I give it some gas... So basically the alternator functions but not properly, right?

Idling, 13.8V. If not, repair immediately.

U may need new brushes, Regulator...

or wiring/gnd problems, get the idea what that could be: http://www.cardomain.com/ride/748507/5
