Hazard Lights Problems (bulb and switch replaced)

I have a Taurus Stagon Wagon. When I turn on my hazard lights the left (driver side ) signal does work, but the right one does not (Passenger Side).

When I turn the turn signal on to the right it works fine the light works fine. It doesn't work when I turn on the hazard, now if I turn on the hazard and flip the turn signal lever up (to make my turn signal come on) it will work fine. But as soon as I flip the lever down it doesn't work

Here is what I have done to fix the problem

Replaced Bulb
Replaced the switch connecting to the bulb.

Please help!
