Starting Problems

i own a 1994 plymouth duster that has been sitting around for a while and now IT WONT START!!! : ( the battery is new and charged and the vehicle has gas, it attempts to start but it just wont turn over.
the car ran fine and had no starting problems before i stopped driving it.

im wondering, if there is any minor things i should look at or tips that could help me get it started. Its really not worth putting any big money into but if theres any small low priced solutions i can try i would like to.

its the 6 cylinder 5 speed manual trans duster (if that helps)

Thanks in advanced to any advice/answers.

Re: Starting Problems

it doesn't turn over and the battery is charged? Check the starter. Smack it with a hammer, sometimes that will get it to spin.
