I want to Build my motor up and have already started doin so but am stuck on replacing the cams what all needs to be done with this and how difficult is it to do?

It will take some time and some sweat blood and tears. I did it, only working on the weekends and it took a good while. Then again i wasnt in any real hurry. But if i was you i would take out the cylinders clean them up, or replace them, new rings, new water pump, new belts, maybe take the head in and get the valve train redone. I dont know, it really depends on your budget.
