black smoke rolls

i have a 95 achieva 3.1 the problem is when you push the gas peddle down it runs fine till you get about 1/2 way from that moment on the black smoke rolls and it misses like crazy. i took it to advanced outo and had the codes checked and this is what they came up with

code 23
mat sensor signal to low
code 35
idle air control problem cant set idle rpm
code 63
right oxygen sensor banke 1 error
code 64
right o2 sensor bank 1 lean exhuast indication
code 77 egr solenoid # 3
malfunction

ok i replaced the iac sensor and i put a map sensor in it still same problem .
i really don't want to keep changing out parts for no reason so any help would be appreciated thanks
also just did a complete tune up about a month ago

Re: black smoke rolls

Unfortunately you are going to have to put a few bucks into this one to get it running properly. First, you will need to change the O2 sensor as it has probablygone bad due to the rich condition. Finally you will need to replace the EGR and clean out the EGR passageways in the manifold. This should make it run much better and the black smoke problem should go away.
