Hood making noises during idle

the hood of my 91 tsi awd is making a very annyoing noise its like its not all the way pushed down or something so it rattles insanly at idle, is there any way i can fix that

I don't know if this is the same between 1g and 2g, but on my car there are two adjustable rubber stoppers on either front corner of the hood.

yah it is missing one of those rubber stoppers actually, do i have to speacial order those or can i pick them up at liek a napa? or autozone

My 1g laser , does the same thing, like the hood vibrates and shakes really bad at idle, but not at first??, like it takes 10 sec, to start??.....
