Angry 94 LeSabre - Shudder upon take-off

I have a question for you my friends. I have a 94 Lesabre 3.8L. I just replaced a bad fuel pump. I drove it for the first time after changing it, and I have a shudder upon take-off (10-20) mph and then it stops. When I get it up to 30-40 mph, I'll slow down and accelerate again from about 25mph and it shudders again. Could we have disconnected something under the hood inadvertantly that would cause the shudder, (vacuum line, relay...etc) while diagnosing the fuel pump problem? Or could this be a whole seperate issue altogether? (Tranny, TC...etc) Any advise you could give would be greatly appreciated.

I would bet its the transmission solenoids. It controls the shifts of the gears.. rough shifting is almost allways a solenoid which is dying.

Sounds like a misfire on one or more cylinders. Check your wires, if they are original, you need new ones anyway.

Peeps,

It could also be a motor mount, but hard to tell. Maybe could you give more specific info, if there is any to give? Or did you fix it?
