cant locate radiator drainplug on my cherokee

wuzz up y'all ,does any one know where the radiator drain plug on the block is. also how do i remove it, if anyone has an idea , a picture or something cause haynes don't explain things right in the book

look through your grill, it will be on the lower left (passenger) side of the radiator, best way to get to it is to remove the front grill, yes a pain, but at least you do not have to lay on the ground

Don't think there is a "drain" on block. If you are trying to drain the coolant from the engine just undo the lower hose. Why are you doing this though. Don't do this if you have closed system though. Could be big headache.

The drain is on the passanger side of the radiator and it is on the engine side bottom of the radiator,no grill pulling nessesary.
As far as a closed system goes just take the heater hose
near the stat housing off fill the radiator until coolant comes out of where the hose was reinstall the hose top off the radiator and overflow tank and you are good to go.
