Main Crank Brg torque specs.
Can someone please supply the following..?
Torque value Mains Oil pan Plenum Valve covers and possibly a link on how to align the timing belt cogs. TMD Thank y |

If you check the FAQ, under the 60k tuneup links, they should tell you how to align the timing belt
This link has a diagram with torque specs for the intake plenum bolts: http://www.stealth316.com/2-sparkchange.htm This one has the oil pan: http://www.stealth316.com/2-oilpan.htm I wanna say that the valve cover requires 7ft/lbs, but I'm not positive...

only the Main and the timing belt alignment are critical values. the rest just tighten down well.
EDIT: oh, and make sure to buy a quality timing tensioner if you're changing the belt.

Looks like I need the tensioner for sure, the belt seems to go slack if it stops at a certain place.
