So confused

Ok so when i got my crx the tach temp fuel turnsignals etc didnt work, found out it was the turnsignal backup light fuse. So I replace it and it works for a week, so yesterday i left a friends house and noticed my tach was dead, so it blew. No biggie, yeah right. I get to my destination and replace the fuse, start the car and they are still dead. I check and sure enough its blown again, starting to worry. Put another one in and i start it and get to the end of the driveway and there they go again, and to top it off the engine died. I pull back up and check it, blown (seeing a trend?) So i put yet another one in, now the car wont start, it tries to but dies. I pull the fuse and its fine, idling i put the fuse in and it dies. I said screw it I had better get home before im stuck, I go into reverse and it dies (really worried now). So i roll out of the driveway and limp home very gingerly. So today i take it to honda and of course they wont touch it (vtec) so he is going to put me in touch with a specialist. I was wondering if you guys could give me something to tell him before he goes and redoes my whole swap and rewires the car. To give him some direction.

Sorry for rambling for so long but it was a long process to get to here.
