Subaru pt.7: 2003 WRX base model

Hey,

I was almost done. But the fricken revell decided to have my door panels have 2 huge error marks on them!! Anyway...I have finished the engine. Say hello to Mr. EJ20. I've added the dipstick and intercooler mounts. Engine painted testors can aluminum metalizer, and exhaust testors metalizer steel. Willimo thinks it looks to plain..o well..It's no B18 honda motor.. Car pics coming. Black rockers and mirrors. Plain black interior. Wing delete. Rims....I tried fitting fujimi work rims on there, but they won't make it with the suspension. So I am going with one of the sets from the revell kit.

Thanks,
Frank X.

Re: Subaru pt.7: 2003 WRX base model

Dear Captain Mr. Subaru 1:1 car maker man:

Your engines are too plain. Silver and black is boring. Even with some cool heat stained metal thrown in there. Yawn city. Where's the color? You should make the valve covers purple crinkle paint. That could be your trademark. Think of it! All the kids will call your hot motors "Purplesides!" And you could make the intercoolers lime green, just to throw everyone off.

Otherwise, keep up the great work.

Your favorite Honda fan:
Willimo

Re: Subaru pt.7: 2003 WRX base model

I think some blackwash on the intercooler would make it look even better! As well as some heat stains on the pipes and some silver accents on the black parts. Otherwise it looks very nice keep it up
