Question about rear brakes
I have a 91 Civic HB dx and I wanted to know if converting the drum brakes to disc brakes is an easy job??? If it is how can it be done and is it really worth changing the drum to disc??? I heard that drum stops betta.....ima right or wrong.

Re: Question about rear brakes
I highly recomend swaping to rear discs. There is a tutorial on fourthgenhatch.com. I did it little differnt to save my 88 suspension, as well as a few bucks. Here is a link to my pictures and comments and stuff from when I did mine a while back http://www.automotiveforums.com/vbul...=409127&page=1

Re: Question about rear brakes
I would go with the conversion. If you would like to know where to get them go to http://ecp.conforums3.com/index.cgi and you can speek directly with a Racing Brake Rep.
But i would do the swap. a buddy of mine did it on a civic and loves it . but he also got the drilled and slotted roters. Very nice. Racing Brake roters ar awsome. lloll |

Re: Question about rear brakes
drilled are nice until they crack. i'd go with just slotted if i was going to get upgraded rotors for my DD.
