Carbon fiber fairings

sup guys, i got a 93 zx-7 and i was curious to what u guys thought about CF fairings? i recently met a guy that laid fiber on my boys r1 and it looks awesome. the r1 is the 06 blue color.. my bike is still the crazy green. but plan on a midnight blue in the future. just looking for opinions. keep the flames to urself

Just for looks, cant see my benefiting from a big weight reduction. dont know if having the whole fairing carbon would be overkill or not.. thats why im asking for opinions. thanks for the reply tho

yeah, i'd agree. it would be hard for it to be done right so it looks "good" and not "try hard wanker"

haha.. try hard wanker ... thats good...

i have seen pictures of a ducati that has all CF farings.. looks kinda mean.. but its not for all bikes... and weight reduction.. that wouldnt cut too much off.. maybe a pound or two.. not worth it to me...

anyway the one bike i saw (a picture) looks pretty sweet... so maybe maybe not..
