Question RS*R / Skunk2 exhaust good?

how good is this exhaust? how would you rate it? how does it compare to the greddy evolution in looks/performance/sound/quality (everything)?? do you think it is worth it to get it if i can get it for around $150-200 for the full cat-back? or should i wait for an evolution?

p.s. does anyone know how big the tip is??

I can't tell you about the sound until after I hear one for myself, but the tip is similar in size to an N1 or Fireball. I'm actually looking to get one for my Civic.

If you can get the full cat-back for $200 like you say, I'd go for it. The sale price around here is $460!

i dunno about either, but in the new issue of TURBO magazine, they tested the greddy evolution exhaust and it netted like 16 horsies @ the wheel, but who knows applications may differ, btw does any1 know if theres a cat back system by any company for the 90-93 4 dr?

Better in regards to what? Sound? That's a relative matter, since opinions vary. The best way to find out would be to sample it for yourself. Like I said, I haven't heard it myself, so I can't compare them.

My buddy just got the Mugen twin-loop muffler (not cat-back, just the rear section) and it sounds almost as quiet as stock at idle, but purrs real nice when he gets on it. He's got a Civic EX w/short ram intake.

i think my shocks are great. my ride is still pretty smooth, even with 17"s. in fact, it rides better than my friends se-r with ground controls and agx's. his is pretty harsh while mine is what he calls "perfect"
